On Saturday June 2, 2007, I met three of my highschool friends (class of '45) for lunch at Ulla Winblad. We ate indoors because in spite of the bright sunshine, there was a chill in the air. All four of us were very pleased with the food ,and our
waitress was alert and pleasant. She cheerfully gave us extra plates so we could share the calori-rich dessert and was happy to snap pictures of the old "girls".
It was my first visit to Ulla Winblad but I hope to go back next year when I'm back in Sweden.

I visited Ulla Winblad on February 14th. The location was great, the atmosphere and food nice, but the service was horrible. The waiter was snooty and was not in the least interested in serving us. We wanted a second bottle of wine, but were unable to get his attention long enough to order one. He came and gave us the check before we had a chance to order dessert. We had to ask him to let us see the dessert menu, and he seemed to get upset with us when we wanted to order some. I had friends visiting from out of the country and was so embarrassed. I was glad they met many other very nice Swedes in other places.

Sorry, I can´t recommend Ulla Winblad, Wärdshuset any more. I was there Thursday July 31, 2006 with seven of my best friends. We sat on the terrace, the atmosphere was OK, the food was good but the service was a total catastrophe, the waitress was arrogant, made faces behind my friends back, spilled wine on the table, forgot to give us the bread, forgot that some of the dishes on the menu couldn't be served. Very unprofessional.

Excellent choise for dining. A nice place where the celebrities goes.
